We recently put a few pictures of Andrew on our refrigerator as well as some Christmas picture cards we received. Andrew would often point to the pictures and squeal with joy. Today, while Jim was holding Andrew in his arms to get Andrew some milk, Andrew spontaneously pointed to one of the pictures and yelled out "Pop-Pop!" Of course, Andrew never points to pictures of Jim and me and yell out "Mommy" or "Daddy" but he sure got excited when he saw the picture of his grandfather! Anyway, we tried recreating the moment on video, but the second time was definitely awkward with Jim and me encouraging him to say "Pop-Pop", but we promise he did it the first time with no coaxing!

Andrew and his Pop Pop
Andrew loves his paternal grandfather (his Pop-Pop). Last week, I showed Andrew a video (primarily of Andrew and his dad) with a short segment of his Pop-Pop. Andrew squealed when he saw his Pop-Pop and kept trying to move the screen back to where his Pop-Pop was when the camera panned back to him and Jim (Andrew learned that he could move pictures with his fingers from looking at pictures on my iPhone - he just didn't realize that it wouldn't work on my computer).
