Andrew and I came down to Florida yesterday to spend a month with his paternal grandparents. The 2.5 hour plane ride was a breeze - completely different than the flight experience back to DC from MA earlier in the week. Everyone around us commented on what a great baby he was and asked if Andrew always behaved that well on flights. I lied, but mostly so I could pretend that the previous experience never happened;-)
We spent our second day in Florida visiting Andrew's great-grandparents (Jim's maternal grandfather and step-grandma). Andrew met them once before in Connecticut but enjoyed this visit even more since we were in sunny (but chilly) Florida. Given Andrew's heft, I was relieved that Bob and Martha were left unhurt (physically) by our visit!
